Their service has always been top notch, and they go out of their way to always get everything I need done.I cannot emphasize how pleasant they are to deal with. The whole team were very friendly and professional.Abe, the technician that came over was awesome in explaining how my system works and was very accommodating to my requests.Price is great and the family-runned business is definitely easier to deal with than the big corporate companies.

My parents recently upgraded their system and the technician who came out was on time, professional, and precise with his work. We are so happy with our experience with Airdrie Alarm! We received a quote from Devin in a timely manner. Devin came to the house and was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The quote process was a great experience with Devin. The team members Lucas and Ben arrived on the scheduled date and time to install our alarm package. They were so friendly, professional and knew what they were doing!! They had helped us set up the account on our mobile apps and went through the whole step by step guide. Once you pay, this company disappears, they screen and block your number, tried to contact them via email, phone, text, on their online website and no replies. They lie to you, they promised me 4 year warranty parts and labour, didn't get that, they promised cameras are the newest models and the best for Calgary winters, works up to -50C, I looked up the camera model, it's been discontinued and only good for up to -30C. Didn't give me an invoice so I can't even prove when I purchased the cameras for warranty purposes. They don't treat your house with care, they just want to get the job done and get paid. They made multiple holes in my home to run the wires through the walls.
